Julie Erikssen is a European indie folk artist rooted in jazz blending acoustic songwriting with layered vocal soundscapes, and subtle cinematic textures. Her songs unfold slowly, inviting attentive listening and emotional presence.

Shaped by years of performance and improvisation, she gradually moved away from virtuosity toward resonance and space. This evolution now defines her artistic approach: creating immersive songs at the crossroads of contemporary indie folk and atmospheric music.


After releasing Out of Chaos in 2018, a live-recorded album she wrote as a tribute to Charlie Chaplin, arranged and artistically directed herself, Julie continued refining a more personal musical language. 

Her upcoming album marks a new chapter: a luminous body of work conceived as a continuous listening journey, inspired by nature, silence and transformation. The release party will take place at Studio de l'Ermitage on the 27th of November. 

Her first single Music To My Ears has been released on May 13, and her second single  For Eternity  has been released on June 11.​ and her third single Our Story is coming on the 3rd of September.
